Please check about System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility
Check about the option of ControlaxForMac:
a) If it’s unable, please enable it.
b) If it’s enabled, please:
i. Delete the Controlax item in the list.
ii. Then connect the iPhone and Computer with Controlax again.
iii.Then Click some button about system presets(e.g. ‘Screen shot’,’Volume Up’) , a windows about ‘Accessibility Access’.
iv. Just allow or set it through ‘Open System Preferences’.
If it’s still doesn’t work,please check about Automation, and make sure all the options are enable.
